The driver accused of hitting and killing a motorcyclist in St. Croix County during a vehicle chase last weekend has been charged.  37-year-old Brandon Lieffring of New Richmond faces 10 charges, including first degree reckless homicide.  Leiffring was trying to elude police Saturday afternoon in a vehicle that had been reported stolen.  During the chase, Leiffring struk a motorcyclist in the village of Deer Park, killing 39-year-old Dustin Kalland of Stillwater Minnesota, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Lieffring ran from police after the crash, but was caught after a short foot chase.
