Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker says its business as usual in Northwestern Wisconsin following last month's severe storms that left several counties with tens of millions of dollars in damage.

On Friday afternoon, the Governor toured areas damaged by the flooding last month and says businesses are back up and open.

At Walker's first stop at Jack's Canoe Rental in Trego, he said he has requested a federal disaster declaration for nine northern counties and the Bad River Reservation.

Walker also made a stop at Copper Falls State Park in Mellen and attended the "Firehouse 50" spaghetti Dinner in Grand View on Friday night.
