Monday April 5th, 2021 - Wisconsin residents head to the polls on Tuesday for the spring election.

Voters in the area will be choosing who will lead Wisconsin's public schools for the next four years. Running for state superintendent are Deborah Kerr and Jill Underly. While it is a nonpartisan election, Kerr has the support of many Republicans and supports issues such as the private school voucher program. Underly has widespread support from teachers unions and is against private school vouchers.

Voters will also choose the next judge for district 3 of  the state court of appeals. Greg Gill and Rick Cveykus are on the ballot. While it is also a nonpartisan election, Gill has been backed by major Republican donors.
