Thursday February 18th, 2021 - Two buildings burned to the ground early this morning.

At approximately 1:20am, the Rice Lake Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire on 18 1/2 avenue in the township of Rice Lake.

Upon arrival, personnel found two garages engulfed in fire and completely on the ground. After about a half hour, the fire was contained but the structures and all of their contents were a total loss. No damage estimate is available at this time.

No one was hurt during the blaze which remains under investigation.
