WJMC/WAQE/FOX 99.1 ‘ULTIMATE DEER HUNT’ CONTEST RULES 2024

Imagine winning your share of $25,000 Ultimate Deer Hunt Contest with FOX 99 point 1, including a brand-new 2024 4-Wheel Drive Yamaha Kodiak 450 ATV from Hauck Power Sports and a trailer from Wis-Co RV and Marine, worth over $11,000. Picture a $3,000 furniture shopping spree at Bush & Gilles Furniture, $2,000 in shopping from Diamond Designs by Bodis, and $2,000 cash from Dairy State Bank to support local businesses.

1. All employees of the radio stations, along with their immediate family members and associated Major sponsors (Hauck Power Sports, Dairy State Bank, Link Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAM, Diamond designs by Bodis, WISCO RV & Marine, and Bush & Gilles Furniture and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. You must be 18 years or older to qualify and win in this contest.

3. All winners must pay any and all taxes, if any, as the result of winning any contest and
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN!

4. Any person is eligible to win any prize within the following guidelines:

 Any prize value of 0 to $1,000.00 in retail value – eligible every 30 days.

 Any prize value of $1,001.00 - $4,999.00 in retail value - eligible every 6 months.

 Any prize value of $5,000.00 or more in retail value - eligible every 18 months.

5. All winners will be required to show proper identification to take possession of any prize.

6. All winners must accept any prize during this contest and cannot exchange such prizes for cash or other merchandise unless approved by the radio stations and participating sponsors. Listeners will become qualifiers by registering at various 'Ultimate Deer Hunt Event’ locations and / or registration at designated ‘prize/registration’ locations. Qualifiers will be drawn from those registrations and invited to the Finals on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at Rice Lake Cedar Mall.

7. All qualifiers will receive a qualifier prize and are eligible to win the promoted Grand Prize

Package and/or other prizes the day of the Finals. Only one qualifier per household will be

allowed to compete in the contest. All Qualifiers MUST register at the finals. Registration

for qualifiers is from 10:00 am – 11:30 a.m. Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at Cedar Mall in

Rice Lake.

8. All qualifiers will be eligible to win in the Finals. All registered qualifiers will be entered into a drawing to win promoted ‘Deer Season Prizes’ and /or the Grand Prize Package. From those

registered qualifiers, names will be drawn to give away thousands of dollars of Deer Season Prizes first. Then a winner will be drawn for the $2,000 in Diamond Designs by Bodis jewelry

certificates (2 winners of $1,000 each), then the $2,000 in cash from Dairy State Bank, then the $3,000 Shopping Spree from Bush & Gilles Furniture. After all of those prizes are given away,

those qualifiers’ names will be put back into the drawing bin. Twenty Finalists names will be

drawn. In the order that the names are drawn, the Finalists will choose a key. The first key that

opens the Grand Prize Chest wins the Grand Prize Yamaha ATV from Hauck Power Sports, andthe Trailer from WISCO RV & Marine!

10. You must be a legal citizen of the United States of America to take possession of this prize

package.

11. The winner is responsible for any and all taxes as a result of winning this contest.
